I am a growing UI/UX designer, a client service professional in hospitality, and an artist by degree. I am driven by the challenge of finding the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality in my design process.
Having been raised and influenced by creative individuals, I’ve always had an interest in pursuing a career in the design world. I come from an academic background in visual arts excelling in drawing, photography, and sculpture. I’ve transferred these creative skills to my UI toolbox to make aesthetic, unique design decisions in my interfaces.
Before I embarked into the digital realm of design, I spent a good number of years working hands on in the studio and the workshop. I have always enjoyed the process of figuring out structural challenges and wouldn’t give up until I found a satisfactory solution. I have applied this skill to my design process to ensure that we solve the problem in a way that is viable and empathetic from the start.
As a UI/UX designer, I am eager to share my ideas creatively and empathetically to deliver high-quality interfaces that exceed my clients’ expectations. I believe that the best design ideas stem from discussions with people and being detail orientated. My desire to continue learning and expanding my toolbox allows me to harness a broad scope of design research, methods, and ideas to help those who are searching for a better user experience.
I am exploring new food ventures, an avid snowboarder, biker and competitive powerlifter.
